First time running my new @kudugrills grill. Fired it up for some delicious flank steak tacos and it did not disappoint. Seasoned the steak up with SPOGOS from @oakridgebbq and served it taco style with a delicious cilantro chimichurri.

Tonight I tried something completely off the wall.

A Saigon/ Pad Thai type rice noodle dish. Basically through a bunch of flavors in a pot and saw what happened.

I put chicken, sweet Thai chili sauce, rice noodles, @oakridgebbq Saigon rub, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth and creamy peanut butter!!

It turned out way better then I was expecting! Sometimes you have to play in the kitchen and see what happens.

Country Style Pork Rib Burnt Ends.

CSPR were seasoned with @oakridgebbq Secret Weapon and smoked with Post Oak and Cherry.

They were cut into cubes and put in a tin with some of my spritz, granulated honey, butter, Secret Weapon, @texaspepperjelly Craigs BBQ Sauce and Rib Candy Mango Habanero. They were cooked until tender.

Simplicity at its best.

Using the @pitbarrel to create this delight. Again with an @oakridgebbq rub, first I used a binder @sauce and then mixed both Game Bird rub and Habenaro Death Dust to create a sweet and spicy chicken rub.

Cooked in the Pitbarrel and then sauced with a peri peri style sauce. Once I sauce I crack the lid of the pitbarrel a little to introduce more airflow and a higher temp for the sauce to cook attach and cook through. I find this helps develop flavour.

Anyways think I’ll be doing more chicken on the @pitbarrel in the near future.

Pulled Pork Sandwich

Last weekends @murrayvalleypork sammich. Started with a little @lanesbbqau Signature & @oakridgebbq Dominator, an injection of apple cider & pineapple juice. Smoked on the @kamadojoe Big Joe at 270f for about 10 hours. Couple of Apple wood chunks and @firebrandbbq Premium Charcoal for fuel. Loaded on a brioche bun with homemade slaw, pickle juice dressing and BBQ sauce 👌
